Heat up your deep fryer to 350, or if you are concerned about calories, heat up your oven to 350

5 lbs wings, separated into 3 sections. Discard the wingtips, or save them for chicken stock. If you don't know how to cut them up, ask your butcher.

2 cups all purpose flour

Seasoning salt ( 3 tablespoons )

Cayenne pepper ( about a teaspoon )

1 egg and 2 cups milk, mixed together in a large bowl

Mix the flour, seasoning salt and cayenne pepper in a large Ziploc bag.

Put the prepared chicken in the milk/egg mixture and let it sit for 10 minutes, then start adding pieces into the flour mixture

and shake well to coat thoroughly.

Start adding the chicken to the deep fryer 10-12 pieces at a time , to keep the heat up and deep fry till golden brown

about 10-15 minutes.

Now for the sauce.... melt 1 stick of butter, in the microwave or on the stove, being careful not to burn it.'

When butter is melted, add 1 bottle of Huffin-N-Puffin Habanero Hot Sauce™ and mix well.

Next add some honey for a little sweetness, to taste.

Pour this mixture in a large serving bowl.

When the chicken is all cooked and drained of excess oil, add it to the sauce. Stir gently until all the pieces are coated

with the hot sauce, and serve immediately. Enjoy with your favorite cold beverage !
